The name Tootsabelle comes from a cherished grandmother’s nickname for our founder, Dalynn, a registered dietitian with a passion for creating exquisite macarons. Inspired by her grandmother’s love and timeless wisdom, Dalynn set out to craft treats that blend exceptional flavor with a sense of warmth and nostalgia.

Tootsabelle Macarons is a collaboration of close friends united by a love of desserts and a shared vision. Dalynn leads in the kitchen, while Kristin oversees operations and customer experience—ensuring that the same care in our baking is reflected in every detail of our business.

Each macaron is lovingly handcrafted, fusing tradition and creativity to deliver a taste of home in every delicate bite.

Our products are baked in Cressona, PA, in a Dept of Agriculture-certified and inspected commercial kitchen. 

Our gluten-free products meet the FDA standards as outlined in the Federal Register (78 FR 47154)
