Returns & Refund Policy
At Tootsabelle Macarons, every batch is handcrafted with care. Because our macarons are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our kitchen.
Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your macarons arrive damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@tootsabelle.com Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
After reviewing your request, we may offer:

Order Cancellations
Because our macarons are baked to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. After this time, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Shipping Issues
We carefully package our macarons to arrive fresh and beautiful. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
